と記載することにより
ページ指定で、表示する事ができる。

こんな感じで、PDFを直接開く時にも有効

NautilusをGraphical sudoでroot起動する

Nautilusをrootで起動

Graphical sudo っていう存在を初めて知ったorz
コンソールで、

$ gksudo nautilus

または、Alt+F2押下後に、

gksudo nautilus

を入れる。

sudoとgksudoの違い

要約：
大抵のGUIアプリケーションではsudoで問題ないけど、一部で不具合がでる。
sudo ・・・アプリケーションはrootで実行するが、コンフィグレーションファイルはユーザーのを使用する。
gksudo ・・・アプリケーション・コンフィグレーションファイル共に、root設定のを使用する。

sudo と gksudo の違いってこれであってる？

Ubuntu11.10 ファイル共有についてのmemo

Linux ubuntu

Nautilus

Nautilusから右クリック
”共有のオプション”
から共有設定を行う。
→/var/lib/samba/usershares/
以下に共有名で各共有設定が保存される。

Samba

共有するフォルダの設定(っというかsambaの設定ファイルは)
/etc/samba/smb.conf
にあり、各共有設定を追加後に

 $ sudo /etc/init.d/samba restart

にて反映。

共有設定のCUIでの追加/消去/共有設定情報/共有のList表示

net usershare add             Add/modify user defined share
net usershare delete         Delete user defined share
net usershare info            Display information about a user defined share
net usershare list             List user defined shares

にてを行えるが、
どうもubuntuの場合はNautilusでの共有設定しか吐かないみたい。

net usershare使い方例

共有設定情報の詳細表示

 $ net usershare info 
 [hoge1]
 path=/home/user/hoge1
 comment=
 usershare_acl=Everyone:F,
 guest_ok=y
 
 [hoge2]
 path=/home/user/hoge2
 comment=
 usershare_acl=Everyone:F,
 guest_ok=y

指定した共有設定情報の詳細表示

 $ net usershare info hoge1
 [hoge1]
 path=/home/user/hoge1
 comment=
 usershare_acl=Everyone:F,
 guest_ok=y

指定した共有の解除(消去)

$ net usershare delete hoge1

にて"hoge1"の共有設定を消去できる。

Ubuntuのアップデートにて.debの取得に失敗した場合の対処方法

ubuntu

サーバー側の問題があるかもしれませんが、
パッケージのデータベース更新を行うと正常に取得できる事ができるかも。

データベースの更新

 $ sudo aptitude update

sudo: aptitude: command not found

上記みたいに、aptitude知らね〜って怒られた場合には、

 $ sudo apt-get install aptitude

にてインストールしてみましょう。

今回、Ubuntu 10.04LTSにて、アップデートマネージャーにてエラーになった状況

W: http://ubuntutym.u-toyama.ac.jp/ubuntu/pool/main/t/tzdata/tzdata-java_2011l-0ubuntu0.10.04_all.deb の取得に失敗
  404  Not Found

W: http://ubuntutym.u-toyama.ac.jp/ubuntu/pool/main/t/tzdata/tzdata_2011l-0ubuntu0.10.04_all.deb の取得に失敗
  404  Not Found

今回の場合は、http://ubuntutym.u-toyama.ac.jp/に無かったようなのでアップデートを行いました。

aptitude [オプション] <アクション> ...
